We moved to Spain when I was 14, and I lived there until I was 24. I did go back once, to settle some property issues. What made us move is a very very long story...part of it being that my Father was 1/2 Spanish. His nickname was "el cheapo" and he found out that life in Spain (at the time) was WAAAY cheaper then here in there US. So, true to his nature, he took us to the land of cheap living. And cheap booze.

We didn't have canned food, it was all fresh, sothat's how I learned. To this day most of the cans in my pantry are petfood! Or soup...a can of cream of something soup is an awesome fast creamsauce (example, I'll pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over chicken andbake it, fast and easy...serve with some rice, and there's dinner!)And if you lived nearby, you'd have a standing invitation for dinner!!Peace and Blessings~*~ Akiba ~*~Pragmatic Visionary & Eternal Optimist!http://yodamamma.blogspot.com/http://www.solay-twinflames.com-------Original Message-------From: cassandra workmnDate: 3/8/2007 9:54:39 PMTo: MSersLife Subject: Re: Husbands and shopping/Akiba and groupooo.akiba.you guys have been havn some feastful dinners!
