Guest guest
You must be persistent with BC/BS. They lost my contract 4 times with my first clinic I had. I finally sent a certified letter to the President of BC/BS about the problem and turned them into the Texas Insurance Commission 4 times. They finally realized I was not going away and worked with me. They are very slow but once you get their attention they seem to correct the problems. Write your legislators also. That helps also. Don't give up. Bubba Klostermann, Abilene, Texas
Guest guest
I am a PT in private practice in Florida. I am a BC/BS provider but have been unable to get provider status either for my facility or for any other member of my staff (we bill medicare part . Any suggestions? Also, I still only recieve 14 dollars per unit from BC/BS but have heard that they are now offering a new product with a higher reimbursement rate. My contact person at BC/BS will no longer return my calls. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
