Hi Shari.. nice to hear from you again! She hss not ever written book for

moms but on occasion has put info on this list about various supplements.

Dr. JM recommends D3 for most everyone... if not everyone.. and suggests

getting test that can be ordered I believe to test levels.. you could find

that info on earlier posts... I do not maintain all her posts in FILES

section on this list for reference since I started moderating long after the

list started. Dr. JM is gone for about a month with little internet access

also so will not be able to respond now. I'd look back through some of her

old posts for ideas.
