I want to thank you for responding to me. Walt the big sigh of

relief was from me when I read your post. Have been worried sick

since finding this out and have not been able to find anything on the

internet about it. Actually, I do believe these boards are the

greatest because I was never told by the cardiologist to have my eyes

checked and have only read it on the a fib boards about amiodarone.

Throid, liver, lungs yes but not the eyes. That is why I went to a

specialist for the check-up.

Lawrence - Sometimes the simplist remedy works and that doctor

did you a favor with the glasses recommendation. They don't get

thanked too often and you did made his day. I called our clinic once

after my husband had 2 stents put in. They told me he was a walking

time bomb and would have had a heart attack and he got in there just

in time. He had talked to the triage nurse at the clinic and she

kept insisting he go to the hospital when he kept saying it was an

indigestion problem. She really had to argue with him. I called her

and thanked her and told her she probably saved his life. I could

hear it in her voice that it meant a lot to her.
