Guest guest
Hello, my daughter, now 12, was on yaz for about a year due to very heavy bleeding that lasted for three weeks- what fun! The yaz worked like a charm to regulate her periods. I took her off it about 6 months ago after a year on it to see if her body could regulate itself. I think the problem is back and would like to hear if you have any reservations on long term birth control use in our kids and if you are aware if one form is preferable over another for girls with ASD. I know yaz lowers testosterone, but that's not an issue with my girl. Best regards, Kathy
