Guest guest
Hmm... Not sure why this posted twice.... Sorry! Cindi wrote: Jodi, like I said in a previous post (boy, I've been chatty this morning!LOL!) I do restrict carbs, but not to the level that a lot of you do. I eat veggies, fruit and some whole grains. I do try to stay away from any white/processed carbs. Sugar still makes me dump, so I'm VERY careful with that. Keep in mind that I'm 20 lbs below my initial goal weight and am trying to maintain. While I was still trying to lose weight, I was much more strict with the carbs. Guest guest
Jodi A protein train for me, at least, is a way to jump start me when I'm feeling sluggish. I am trying to do one around my period...it helps me with the carb cravings. > Right -- I understand this. This is how I love my life everyday (although my ratio of carbs is far less than my protein) -- so if we are living this on a daily basis, I don't understand the protein train idea... > I don't know -- it almost seems like we are trying to 'fad diet' again to kick our systems into working when we get stuck. I must be missing something... > jb-bb > >

Guest guest
Best plan you can follow is to start from the first message and start reading back posts. You can learn a wealth of information about our everyday lives from reading our day to day issues we discuss here. Hard to sum it all up into one post.... but reading many posts give you a true view. week_14_food wrote: > > Hi Alisa bbw > > Please tell me about your surgery experience. > > Kira
