Courage is the ability to face danger, difficulty, uncertainty or pain Without being paralyzed by fear. If you're experiencing problems with getting results in regards to your Money, family, agreements or questions --- stand up and speak up. If you need help --- stand up and speak up. If you see injustice or a need --- stand up and speak up. If some one is taking your kindness for weakness --- stand up and speak up.

If you're feeling pressured to do something against your values Or time constraints --- stand up and speak up. If you are not clear and feeling anxious about what others are asking or Expecting from you --- stand up and speak up.If you want to turn your life around in a positive direction --- stand up and speak up. If someone is taking advantage of your time, money, body, trust, love or Friendship --- stand up and speak up.If there is something in life you want to accomplish --- stand up and speak up.By Jewel Diamond

DO ALL THE GOOD YOU CAN

Someone advised, "If you can't be kind, at least have the decency toBe vague." But kindness and goodness extend far beyond how we talkAbout each other. The person who dares to be good -- and DO good --May have to find the heart to stand up and be counted.

Not too long into the American Civil War the Union finally won aVictory at Antietam. President Lincoln used the occasion to produce aProclamation to free American slaves. He called his cabinet togetherAnd laid the document before them. He had been shaking the hands ofWell-wishers all morning and his arm and hand were stiff. He restedHis arm and spoke to Secretary of State Seward.

"If my name ever goes into history, it will be for this act, and myWhole soul is in it. If my hand trembles when I sign the Proclamation,All who examine the document hereafter will say, 'He hesitated.'"

Then he picked up a pen and signed "Abraham Lincoln" in bold writing.That signature, coupled with a later Union victory, changed the courseOf history forever. American slaves were finally freed.

It's not always about being nice. It's about doing the right thing. And it was never put better by anyone than by eighteenth century Church reformer Wesley:

"Do all the good you can,By all the means you can,In all the ways you can,In all the places you can,At all the times you can,To all the people you can,As long as ever you can."

Live today, and live it fully. Start out by reminding yourself how truly precious life is, and move forward with that in mind. See the beauty and take time to enjoy it. See the possibilities and make the effort to bring them into reality. You can do things today that will forever change life for the better. Focus on your own special way to create value, and make it happen. Pay attention to those things that truly matter. Give your love, your energy and your time to them, and your blessings will grow even more abundant. No matter what the outside circumstances may be, let joy flow from inside you. And watch as it changes the world around you. This is a day to be filled with beauty, with loving effort, with the wonder, joy and positive energy of being alive.
