Guest guest
Hi : That sounds wonderful! Indifference! And I think one of the only ways that can happen is when you have absolutely nothing to do with her. Because, in my case, when I have the 2-4 times phone conversations a year, she slips in her mean, self-centered, unloving sh#t into the conversation -- and the hate etc. comes instantly back. I'm so glad you're feeling more at peace -- and " indifferent " now! Barb Later, after I got off the phone, I did think to myself, " I hope she had a happy birthday. " And I mean that, I hope she did something fun or nice or got a nice gift or card. But I feel no FOG about ignoring it at all! It's almost the sort of indifference I'd hoped for where she was concerned, instead of being angry with her and hating her like I did for a while. I was right back then, indifference is nice.
