Yes, I remember Jethro Tull.

Although I was forced to listen to it by my big brother (mbb) lol

Last night I was reminiscing to DH (dear husband) and realized that

1987 seemed like a long time ago (ouch!)

I was born in 1956 but " I was born old " and into a very diverse

(changeable in locale, discipline [or lack thereof], environment and

culture).

Married to one born in 1951 (in 1983) from a much more sheltered

life. Thus, I have learned (am learning) to appreciate ce Welk.

Sing Along with Mitch, Puff the Magic Dragon, Pete Singer, Danny

Kaye, Bill Kennedy Showtime, Rita Bells Prize movie, Mighty Mouse and

Ponderosa all have special childhood memories for me. I nestled

Carole King, Van on, Arlo Guthrie, Cat s, Janice Joplin,

Joni , Joan Baez, and Bob Dylan under my teenage wings while

MBB listened to Jefferson Airplane, The Rolling Stones, and countless

other hard rock names....LOUDLY...[with deep impressions on my

memory] but that is beside the point.

Thank God for dear husband and his family!

He's a rock-solid influence on my life!

Speaking of which, guess I should be responsible and go walk the dogs.
