Guest guest
Speaking of excess weight loss, I've lost a lot of weight over the last year and a half but I didn't do it all that quickly. Until I started the Candida diet that is when it really started melting off so to speak. And just as I hit my WW goal weight this summer (thankfully don't think I had any problems with the weight loss while battling my thryoid symptoms), I suddenly dropped another 7 lbs in a matter of 2 days last month. I freaked a bit of course as I didn't want to weigh that low. But about 9 days later, I was suddenly back to my original weight. It was weird. But I didn't have any hyper symptoms so I don't think it was attributable to that. I didn't change my eating habits at all - eat the same thing and amounts more or less on a weely basis (hate healthy foods so my choices are very limited on what I'll willingly eat *g*). Only difference was I started walking (10/15 minutes max and it was a slow walk around my apartment complex, no power walking of any kind). I can see why I might have lost (body wasn't used to the increased activity, even as mild as it was) but the weirder part I thought was that I gained it all back a week later. And it wasn't my scale because that week I had a doctor's appointment and their scale showed the 7 lb loss. Just kind of odd I thought.Jul Ok, I definitely see your suspicions here, then, considering you lost 9 lbs during that one week. That is not good at all. Something is surely going on there, when you take into consideration the way you began feeling, at the same time as this severe weight loss.
