It's ok to leave food on my plate 4. I am becoming healthier every day 5. I see myself thin and happy 6. I desire only nutritious wholesome food 7. It feels do good to be in control of my life and my eating habits 8. I eat only when I am physically hungry. 9. I shed pounds effortlessly 10. I avoid comparing myself with others.
