Guest guest
Sorry they all came together this morning lol Hug's Jan xox What doesn't energize you --- exhausts you. Fear, worry, procrastination, grief,Shame and guilt deflate the human spirit. I'm not referring to the occasional waveOf emotion, but prolonged states of these emotions. We all experience seasons of pain, discouragement and change. When you find yourSelf in a valley of indecision, discouragement, loss and burnout, it is more fruitfulTo deal with reality and truth than to operate in blindness, procrastination, denialOr fear.Sometimes life is not turning right, it makes a left turn. Sometimes your life Doesn't feel just fine and you want growth, stability, happiness, love, abundance,Joy, health and peace. To be delivered from pain to peace --- awareness and self-honesty are the first Place to start. Jewell Diamond When children try something new, they practice Over and over until they master it. They make the Challenge of learning fun and the work of training Turns into play. Unlike a child's mind, your adult mind reminds you Of the reasons why you can't do something, which Creates resistance and ultimately leads to quitting. You end up turning your back to your old ways, to Comfort zones that have nothing new to offer. Imagine yourself as a child. Now, how do you feel About that new project? Next time you tackle something new, adopt the Mindset of a child. Remain open and try not to place Expectations on the outcome. Before you know it, You will be immersed in the continual positive Reinforcement. Success will come easily because You are thinking like a child! Every action you take has consequences. That may at first seem to be a burden, but it is actually very empowering. For consequences are what make progress possible. It is in the consequences that life's treasures are to be found. Yes, many of life's consequences are burdensome. Yet a life with no consequences at all would carry with it a far greater and unbearable burden. If there were no consequences, there would be no pathway to desired results. Without consequences, true achievement would be impossible. Though some of them are painful, consequences ultimately point you in a positive direction. By experiencing consequences, both the positive and the negative ones, you learn which actions to take. Though consequences can make life difficult, they also make it rich. For consequences give real meaning and value to the choices that you make.
