I am not sure what SamE is, but it costs a lot! Health food suppliment

that is good for joints and a few other things. It was $39.95 for 80

pills (at Sams warehouse) so it should be good for something. It said

on package that it helped with joints and there were a few other

abstract things. Someone had put up a site to check out this a few days

back when was talking about it.

SAM-e also helps mood and apparently takes affect more quickly than the
