Hi everyone! Halfway through the week now, and only 3 or 4 more days

until Free Day (depending on whether you take your Free Day Saturday

or Sunday). Here's my menu for today, please feel free to post yours

too!

Meal 1: 1 scoop protein powder/water shake, 1/4 c. (dry) oatmeal

Meal 2: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, Yopliat non-fat lime yogurt

Meal 3: 3 oz. extra-lean (4% fat) hamburger, spinach, carrots

Meal 4: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, medium banana

Meal 5: 5 oz. salmon, salad w/lite caesar dressing, 1/2 c. brown rice

Meal 6: 1 scoop protein powder/water shake, 1/4 c. (dry) oatmeal
