Guest guest
After the recent discussion about testing for metals and yeast, I have to wonder-- how do you know if your kiddo has a yeast problems? If there is no lab test, what are the clinical symptoms? had die-off with the Diflucan (but not Nizoral) but no improvements in behavior with either. His stools have normalized, but over time and with diet mods. I always hear parents talk about their kids having yeast flare-ups-- how do they know?? Can it affect behavior and not stools?? jacob has been over the top stimmy on/off for the last 4-5 mos. Flapping and running more than he ever has, even before starting with Dr. G. It's driving me insane. I thought it was springtime allergies sending him over the top, but that should be over by now. One other thing that changed about that time was our antifungal--switched from Nizoral to Diflucan. I don't know what else it could be. I've rotated every food in and out with no lasting help. His stools are mostly normal--wouldn't yeast cause GI probs? Help-he's wearing out my carpet(and my brain) running in circles!! thanks......
