I get a lot of exercise and eat healthily. While those things made me

feel virtuous :-) they didn't help me lose weight.

I thought I was stuck for the rest of my life.

But when the summer's heat dissipated, I joined a lunch time group of

walkers at work. Two miles, 30 minutes, twice a week.

That's just one additional hour of walking a week. And that popped my

body into a losing mode.

Of course, I've been on more adequate amounts of thyroid hormone since

March of this year. And some DHEA, too.

Dr R better watch out or he'll get a big ol' kiss the next time I see him.
