Guest guest
I do not know anyone who has seen Dr. Ritchey. If you do decide to see her, please give us a full report. Do ask your doc to do Free T3, Free T4, and antibodies tests. It is possible that they may yield some info that would persuade her to treat. blueoceanpunkin wrote: Hello, I found a link to this group through the about.com forums. I am 39 andlive in San Marcos, TX. I am pretty sure I've been subclinical hypofor at least 3 years. My last TSH was 2 years ago and it was 3.2 witha reference range of .3-5.0. Smack in the middle of normal accordingto my OB/GYN and my GP. I go back to the GYN on 4/30 and will have hertest again. I was hoping someone here might have info on Dr. Richey in New Braunfels. She was mentioned once on Thyroid-info.com asbeing a good dr. who listens to the symptoms, rather than the test, but that was in 2005 and I haven't seen anything else about her. She'salso listed on the Forest website as a dr. who prescribes Armour andThyrolar, so that also gives me hope. Anyway, you all seem like a knowlegable group. Thanks for letting mejoin.
