I couldn't get over how he chose to hide his pain from you all in order to prevent you all from worrying. I've always suspected that even though we try to keep a smile on our faces that they know something is up, especially when they are going through a particularly bad patch or situation. Here's hoping that you have many more fine days with your dad. I loved how you dad told your mom " Do you think I'm crazy? " . Reminds me of the time my sister asked my mother why she was moping the floor completely naked with her bra around her shoulders. My mother's response was " Me, naked? You must be mad! " .
