It's hard to believe it's been almost a year that I've been working out like this and eating well. Here were my goals (results in CAPS): 1. Complete the 12 week challenge (ends 3/24/02) -DONE 2. Drink 10 glasses of water a day - NOT PERFECT, BUT DID WELL 3. Lose 8-10 pounds - LOST 7.5 LBS ON THE SCALE 4. Decrease waist by 2 inches (wear size 8/6)- LOST 2 1/4 INCHES, EASILY WEAR SIZE 8 AND HAVE ONE PAIR OF A LITTLE TIGHT SIZE 6 PANTS IN MY CLOSET 5. Be able to wear a 2 piece bathing suit in public and feel good (not necessarily something that I would do but I know I would feel successful with this challenge if I *could* do that)-COULD PROBABLY DO THIS (TOO COLD NOW!) BUT I WANT MORE! Overall, I lost 9 3/4 inches and 7 1/2 lbs: Neck: -.25 Arms: -.5 Chest: -2.5 Waist: -2.25 Hips: -2.75 Thigh: -.75 Calf: -.75 My BF is somewhere between 18.8-22.3% depending on which on-line calculator I used (Jen B. - I like yours since it was the lowest!). Specific goals for my next step will include getting down to about 15% BF and losing about 7 more lbs. I haven't taken pictures and am not sure if I will. If you look in my folder you can see my transformation and I think I probably look pretty close to my C2 finish (my C3 was a big stumbling block from Oct-Dec and I've had to work hard in C4 just to get back to where I was).
