(I noticed that Twilight Zone message, too)

Glad I'm not alone in the " Lubbock Effect " - ha!

I will always regret not being able to enjoy a great trip we took in

2002 to see some friends who had a wonderful home in Colorado at about

7800 feet. It was a disaster for me. We stayed overnight in Denver, and

I was ok, but the 3 days at their mountaintop retreat west of Vail was

one long nightmare. I drank lots of water as I was warned, but my sleep

went to h*ll, I got dizzy climbing stairs or driving mountain roads,

and I spent most of my daytime flat on the floor, feeling rather " out

of body " . I know they thought I was nuts. I realize now how sick I was

and didn't know it. I only feel like tackling Lubbock for now, and we

will probably continue our one day turnarounds when we go there, since

we don't sleep well in the hotel.....sara
