10 Ways I Cope with CFS/ME

Hi,

I'm new to this group. I've suffered from CFS/ME for 15 years now. I'm

51. Back then very little was known about ME and arrogant doctors often

sent patients feeling 10 times worse by saying it's all in their minds.

My symptoms were misdiagnosed for a long time till I moved to New

Zealand 7 years ago and found a marvellous doctor and diagnostician. He

immediately tested me for Epstein Barr's and with other tests concluded

that I had ME. At first I fought it like crazy, only exacerbating my

condition. Now I've learned to manage it and live with it.

By the way, I've tried every treatment in the book, homeopathy that

involved hyberbaric chamber treatments withs megadoses of Vit C,

kinesiology, acupuncture, evening primrose oil, and a host of lotions

and potions. For me they all proved a waste of time and money.
