Regarding the idea of forgiveness, you should try and drop the

judgement against the person or happening for the sake of your well

being and to reduce your anger. It is not because you necessarily

feel the way that reduces the anger indicates but because you are

doing it for your well being. Your mental health is of most

importance.

I agree, we should do things in part acts and simply break them down

into bits and pieces. Also, I feel we should definitely lower our

standards for ourselves and others....

Thank you Ray. No I did not write it. Because I send out my morning thought to many friends, I subscribe to a lot of different quote sites. That particular one came from a site called Pravs world. I like it a lot. Very basic, stark messages. Com's either plain text or with some unusual pictures. I like it a lot. Helaine
