Guest guest
For some reason, certain types of music trigger me. Not all loud music or heavy metal or anything like that, I can't really describe it. It's odd because my mom never listened to that type of music so I don't know why it's a trigger. Just thinking about my mom is a trigger. I don't re-live things so I doubt it's PTSD but I do feel like I can't breath and anxious and all of that. My therapist thinks I might have ADHD but I think more than anything else those symptoms she sees could be attributed to PTSD or a mild form of it. If there is such a thing. I got a new book the other day call " Hidden Healers, Hidden Victims " at and Noble. So far it's really good. It's about people who have dealt with the mentally ill. The URL at and Noble's site is: http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp? userid=2UA03HSXOI & isbn=0964043009 & itm=
