Guest guest
Wow, it has been a long day. I've held to my 2 grains for about a week now. I was great on Saturday and Sunday, but I started to get tired yesterday. Today has not been a good day. I took my Armour at 5:15 this morning. I put it under my tongue and went back to bed. When I got up at 7:00, I swished the remains with a glass of water and swallowed it. I came on here and read and answered some emails, everything seeming not to bad. I had breakfast at 9:30, followed by the familiar bloat. I talked on the phone with my son for an hour and all seemed pretty normal. Just before noon, I went on the treadmill. I had no troubles doing the 2 miles in about 40 minutes with a little elevation thrown in. I felt really good once I got warmed up and I felt like I had a great workout. That is where it all ended. I had lunch at 1:00 as usual, but I never got the pickup from eating. I've been yawning ever since. I just sat and watched a movie this afternoon, but I could not get my arms comfortable, they were so tired. It took every ounce of energy to get supper ready, even though I had done most of the work yesterday. We went tonight for a quick trip to the store and I dragged myself and yawned the entire time. It was like I couldn't get enough air. My feet are puffy again, I had ringing in my ears this morning and my eyes are so dry tonight. I'll try the same thing tomorrow and hope the day goes better. Does this sound like a typical adjustment period?... Judy
