Guest guest
Just my take on the inconvenience of driving a "long" way to see a doctor. How far or how long is relative... I live in Houston. To see a doctor that is on my side of town can easily take 30-45 minutes because of traffic. Houston is so spread out that distance is all relative and usually translated in number of minutes to get somewhere. It takes me 35-45 minutes to get to work (15 miles away), depending on traffic. It takes me 45 minutes (unless it is during rush hour then it is more) to go visit my daughter (30 miles away). So double the miles takes about the same amount of time. To see the GP that is down the street (maybe 5 miles) can easily take 10-15 minutes. I have to laugh when I visit family that is out of town and they talk about how far it is to go to the next town (usually only 15-30 miles). It is all a perception. And of course, real time. Just my take... Have a great DAY!! :-)<html><div></div></html>_,_._,___
