This is what you can expect. First, you will sign in. You will need to

show them your insurance card and fill out some paperwork. Then you may

have a short wait. There are plenty of magazines, but don't expect to

finish the first article before you are called. Your weight will be

taken, maybe your height. Then you will go into a room where a nurse

will take your blood pressure and then sit down with her portable laptop

and ask you questions such as why you are there today. She may ask about

your history, dosage and symptoms. It would be a good idea to write down

your symptoms, so you can remember them all. Then she will leave and in

a few minutes, the doctor will come in with her laptop. She is short,

not thin and smiles a lot. She will ask you more questions and generally

let you ramble on as long as you need to. Things are very relaxed. She

will discuss your concerns and then suggest a plan to do after she sees

your blood work results. The lab is in house, so you will go out into

the hallway to the left and around the corner. The regular lab person is

pretty good. Then after the blood is drawn, you will go back to the

checkout desk and discuss co-pay etc. I always pay with visa. When the

results come in, you will hear from the doctor. They fax my prescription

in, so I don't have to worry about it at all. They will call it in too

if you want. If you want a copy of your labs, just ask for it.
