They told me to do whatever was normal for me. At that time I was not awake and taking meds before 8:00 so I didn't take them before the blood draw.

I was able to get in touch with Theresa and she told me the same :-).

This was my first blood test on Armour (I held off on the Omacor and

Cortisol b/c of fasting..I take both with my breakfast).

My blood draw was WONDERFUL! The guy who did it didn't balk when I

requested a butterfly and I didn't even feel a thing! I actually

watched 3 of the 4 vials fill, too. :-) (I have had horrendous

experiences with being stuck) I just wish CPL was a main lab with our

insurance. I think we're supposed to go to Quest or LabCorp...
