I was sad... it was not on in Houston.

Tonight Channel 8 Public TV Dr. on Adrenal Fatigue!

It's late that I'm posting this and took the advice of another thyroid support group member. It was on at 8 pm, and I am so excited for us going public on a very importantly watched station. Dr. , as some of you may know, is big as a very well educated Naturopath in Ontario, Canada, and he told it like it REALLY is about this sbjct, not just as 's Disease. It confirmed SOOOOO much of what we've been talking about on the thyroid sites all these yrs, yet it only touched on the other hormones, but at least it did touch on it. His push was to treat with almost the full spectrum of hormonal extracts, including thyroid extracts, and he got in as much as he could on this in the short time that he had. HE said that the salivary hormonal adrenal testing had been around since around 1925, but that it was the (get this folks) drug companies' push that seemed to have pushed this out the

door. As a matter of fact, HE said that the drug companies actually used to make these salivary tests and the adrenal extracts that went with them, thyroid also included, but it was "probably" because of this push that they no longer make them. He then proceeded to give the facts about several companies who sell you the salivary testing, etc....and the importance of the nutritional and extracts treatments, AND the bioidentical hormones, speaking against the synthetics, such as Provera, etc.... I was so excited about this, tried to get two of my girls to watch this, but I don't know whether they got my messages soon enough. They would listen to this one, as he is a doctor, lol. He is at:

well, maybe I trusted the guide... I looked and it did not look like it was anything health related... maybe it was under the name of a regular program?

Don't know what the name of the show was, but it was a lady hosting it, just sitting there with Dr. . Maybe it will reshow. Dr. is well known for his views on adrenal fatigue, and that's why it excited me so much.

Last night's program listing in the Houston Chronicle called the

program " Connection Special " with the topic listed as " adrenal

fatigue. "

Wish I had caught up on my group email yesterday instead of today!

argfph... My guide that I looked at just said Connection Special, and no

details, and I thought it was political shtuff.. my loss... I'll catch it next

time (hope there is one.)

Does anyone know if this was shown on Channel 13 in Dallas? I can't

find it on the schedule, but I may be missing something.

I think it was a Houston only thing. I tried finding it when it was

originally posted on here (I'm in Dallas) and there was nothing like

that on. Bummer!
