I just wanted to say I really needed something like this with

everything going on in my life lately bless you!!!!

WOW! I sure needed this one today! Kass is on another group and posted an

affirmation so I thought I would check this group out as well. I am trying to

completely change my life and the only way I know how is to do thing differnt

than I used to. Affirmations do work and right now are exactly what I need to

erase the negativity in my head. I look forward to reading more!
