I agree there needs to be a name to go with specific diagnostic

criteria. The name and criteria should be consistent with that of other

countries allowing for an internationally recognized condition or

conditions. There seems to be much vacillation as to what to call the

condition referred to as cfs. If the experts in the USA cannot agree on

a name and/or diagnostic criteria there is little chance of a name

change in the near future.
