I can relate completely, Free. Saturday began as a beautiful day,

some free time to get caught up with work - all good - then I got an

email about a ball I had dropped so to speak, and I just fell

apart. Suddenly everything was unmanageable. I tend to get very

updet when I have mada a mistake. I have trouble forgiving myself

and moving forward. Also, I think there is the trained response

from childhood that dropped balls and mistaked are highly criticized

and unforgiven. So, naturally panic sets in. I knew I was freaking

out, but I couldn't suppress it.
