Guest guest
I can relate completely, Free. Saturday began as a beautiful day, some free time to get caught up with work - all good - then I got an email about a ball I had dropped so to speak, and I just fell apart. Suddenly everything was unmanageable. I tend to get very updet when I have mada a mistake. I have trouble forgiving myself and moving forward. Also, I think there is the trained response from childhood that dropped balls and mistaked are highly criticized and unforgiven. So, naturally panic sets in. I knew I was freaking out, but I couldn't suppress it. > I am becoming more and more aware of my thresholds right now. You now > that threshold point - where one instant you think everything is > okay - not good, but okay. Then ONE more thing happens and you hit > THRESHOLD. That's IT! Can't take any more right now. > > Right now I am in the middle of a super grading frenzy. Trying to > catch up on the papers I have put off.
