Guest guest
I called yesterday to see if he accepts my insurance, Cigna PPO...he does! Hopefully, you'll get " good " news also! I really, truly appreciate all of the replies to my questions about Dr. . I had another appt. this morning and was told to change my dosage of Synthroid...again...for the umpteenth time. Sigh. Again...thanks so much for your support. I know y'all know how it is! Oh...Dr. Hartig also accepts my insurance and I'm considering driving to Webster to check with her before I commit to the long trip to Lubbock. Will let you know how that goes. Guest guest
BCBS is the one that dumped him. I don't know if he is still doing it, but he was charging BCBS patients just the BCBS allowables. If he is still doing that, it is a very good deal, as BCBS allows diddly squat, often less than half of the billed amount. He does take Aetna PPOs, and now we know that he takes Cigna. The big problem is that you have to have an open plan to see him in network, as he is classified as a primary care doc, not a specialist.
