Coyote-

Speaking of a sweet tooth...I could live on sweets, especially chocolate, every

day. In fact, I have been known to hide chocolate from my kids, and no, I don't

feel guilty about it.....yummy!!

Sounds like we have yet another thing in common-

Hahaha, I squirrel chocolate away from my kids too. I like to put it

in the freezer and eat it frozen. And every year I steal the kids

bunny ears...Easters coming soon! LOL!!!

I also love ice cream. MMMmmmm, heavenly hash....

Coyote-

Do you have Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream there? Ymmmmmm, New York Super Fudge

Chunk...or even Chunkey Monkey....yummy.

Hey, love the frozen chocolate as well. We should check out each other's

freezers when we meet up.

Thanks for this, sure has helped relieve me of missing my mom and dad...although

my dad and I - 2 peas in a pod - filled with chocolate. He and I loved to share

chocolate bars, and we actually shared.

Hugs-

Coyote-

We used to have to use chocolate to bribe my dad into letting do cares on him.

Well, the staff did that is. I, myself, used to take chocholate to share with

my dad, and just savor the moment.

One memory is during the visitation, one of the nurses from the NH dad lived at

for 2 1/2 yrs brought a Hersheys candy bar and asked if she could tuck it in

dad's pocket while lying in the casket...I agreed. My only problem was keeping

my hands off of it. I thought 'others' would feel it disrespectful to take it

from my dad...yet in my heart of hearts I knew my dad would get a kick out of

it. For the record - I DIDN'T touch it...

Also, this same nurse and another one went in on a bouquet of flowers laced with

chocolate - meaning...3 red carnations with small Hersheys candy bars glued to

sticks standing next to the carnations AND all of this sat in a box that had

full sized Hershey bars glued outside, SEVERAL of them (yummmmm) AND the vase

sat inside a bag filled with Hersheys kisses...needless to say, as we divided up

the flowers and plants...this arrangement was tops in wants! My brother and I

tried to eleviate the problem of telling the other...not to worry, I will just

take this arrangement off your hands. He gave in - I got the arrangement!!! I

need to admit, publicly, that I shared, even (which happens to be my

brothers name) the chocolates. It was a tough decision, but I did it. Still

haven't been to therapy for my other chocolate feddishes...and don't plan to

attend any time soon.

I, too, am looking forward to Easter...and the many chocolates that go along

with it.

I seem to have hooked on Dove Chocolates...Promises to be exact. In the

wrapper of each chocolate is a promise of sorts...some type of saying to live

by.

I have sent these same chocolates to England to our Dear Sally. Seems they

didn't last long at their house either...sure it was some type of fairy that

fled in and out underneath their noses and stole the chocolates....hehehehehe

I have enjoyed the light heartedness of our emails, being able to sway a bit

from LBD and all the daily struggles, and/or memories.

From one Choco-holic to another-

Sandie
