,

Hello! I definitely can relate to what you are saying! I've been there

before. When a person has given themselves negative messages there whole life,

it is difficult to change to positive messages. But, you can!! I'm sure of it.

What you have to do is: 1) to take baby steps, that are reinforced more than

once; 2) keep persevering by doing or saying or thinking POSITIVE thinking &

POSITIVE affirmations over and over and over! Even if you don't feel different,

or see big results right away, please don't give up, just keep on trying to do

the positive more often than you say or do the negative messages! I will also

send in a couple of articles that might help you! You may print them out and

keep them handy if you want!

, we will certainly be saying prayers for you regarding this

issue this week!!! But, why don't you check in with us Monday of next week and

let us know how it has gone, or ask for more help at that time! Good luck!

Look for messages to help you -- in just a few minutes! Blessings, Hugs, PJ

statements over and over again, maybe non-stop for 20 minutes or so.

Within a short period of time, either my mind will clear and I will

see the situation differently, or I will have a solution, or the

phone will ring and something has shifted and changed. Sometimes when

we get over the panic of a situation, we may find that the change

really is better than what was originally planned. Sometimes the way

we try to control our experiences is not what is best for us. "

I pull away from the problem and affirm the truth about myself and

about my life. I get my " worry mind " out of the way so that the

Universe can find a solution. I have used it in traffic jams, at

airports, with relationships, with health problems, and with work

issues. This is learning to flow with life, rather than fighting

every change in plans. Let this be your " new " reaction to problems,

and watch them disappear. " (Written By: Louise Hay)

> *** Friends, when I do this, it works -- every time! But,

unfortunately I sometimes forget to do this. Our family used to do

these particular affirmations on a very regular basis -- we did them

individually, and also together aloud as a whole family. I know this

works!!! But lately, we've gotten " out of the habit " of doing these

affirmations, and things have rather slidden back to where they used

to be. Thanks for the gentle reminder from you guys!! Love, Peace,

& Hugs, PJ
