Guest guest
This email came back as undeliverable, so I'm not sure the list got it. I think I need my son to go gluten free also, but I 'm hoping someone can give me some advice. Dr G said if I can get my sons EOS down, he should be fine. We have tried everything except gluten free. When we started with Dr G on : Date 2/02 4/03 8/04 Gliadin Antibodies IGG 81 96 103 Gliadin ABS, IGA 53 34 38 Dr G has never said don't go gluten free but wasn't certain it would help much. My sons food allergy panel in the beginning showed Gliadin, gluten, and wheat in the significant range. These were the only things in the significant range. Dr G said he doesn't believe my son is a true celiac, nor many of the children diagnosed ASD. He said a biopsy is the only way to know for sure and didn't recommend this. I agree, they are awful! But if this is the final thing for my son. It will be worth it. It is a huge undertaking however as he is going to be 9 in Jan. and is in regular school. Parties...etc will be tough. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If the mom who said she is a chef and has going gluten free down and doing it easily is still out there I would love to hear from her. Thanks, Jerri
