The East Coast Menu Girl is conspicuously absent this morning. *sends Amy a poke* Hope Florida hasn't broken off and drifted away into the ocean. <hehe> Meal 1: 6 egg white omelet, 1/2 c. oatmeal Meal 2: 3/4 c. cottage cheese, Yopliat non-fat yogurt Meal 3: 4 oz. chicken, 1 c. cauliflower Meal 4: 4 hardboiled egg whites, carrots Meal 5: (post-workout shake) 6 oz. grape juice, 1 scoop protein powder, glutamine Meal 6: 3 oz. pork chop, salad w/LF dressing, 1/2 c. brown rice **Newbies disregard no carbs in meals 3 & 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
