The pots and pans are a trigger for me also. When my nada was looking for

something, look out. She would rage and blame us for anything she could not

find. After I was married, she was visiting and started throwing the pots and

pans on the floor. I told her she could not do this as I lived in an

apartment and there were people below us. She thought I was crazy for caring

about

what the neighbors thought and then laughs it off as if it was no big deal.
