For those of you that use AC, how does your office registration/billing work? Do your own? Use AC?Please explain from the time the patients arrives to the time they leave, what happens?Do they fill out a paper "registration" form and then you manually copy their insurance card? Or do you ask the patient for all their information verbally and then copy their insurance information into the AC demographic section? Then do you generate a superbill at the end and send it out to your biller or use it for billing? Just a little curious about the initial office flow. Thanks!
