Yesterday Dad moved into assisted living.

Well, yesterday was the day. We packed on Sunday, moved Dad on

Monday. And today, I have all those swirling emotions.

He's a good bit more easily confused right now, with all the changes

and the stress of living someplace new, but the staff is really

awesome and took him right under their wing. It's a lovely place

that I wouldn't hesitate in living in myself, but it sure doesn't

alleviate the butterflies in my stomach.

I sure hope they go away soon!
