So far I've had: 1 peice of whole wheat toast with butter 1\2 cup cottage cheese 1 cup coffee with sweet and low gonna go get another right now vitamin lost 2 pounds so far this week down from stuck at 199 to 197. Hope I can keep going down....... seems like this thread is helping...Thank you for starting it Shirley... Talk to you all soon, have a great day! How depressing > > Vicki -------------------------- Vicki If it makes you feel better I jumped 4 pounds. As of today those 4 pounds are gone and I'm back where I usually am. I swell when I'm on my feet alot in the heat. Anyway...bloat isn't Fat-gain. Bloat is temporary. Sometimes we Bloat as our body is actually losing fat. It's kinda like the body is trying to replace the fat weight by holding on to the water weight. So stay the course, drink your water, try to make non-bloating food choices, don't expect RAPID weightloss. At this point in OUR weight if we lose a quarter pound a week we are doing well...and unless you have a great scale it's hard to measure that quarter pound until it adds up. Some water benefits. *It raises your metabolism (especially cold water) *It hydrates *It Flushes out water weight gain *It flushes out toxins *It makes your skin healthier *It can hold off hunger *It aides in Fat metabolism.
