I know it's a bit early to start this but I did pretty good yesterday

and wanted to start a little earlier today. So far I've had:

1 peice of whole wheat toast with butter

1\2 cup cottage cheese

1 cup coffee with sweet and low gonna go get another right now

vitamin

lost 2 pounds so far this week down from stuck at 199 to 197. Hope I

can keep going down....... seems like this thread is helping...Thank

you for starting it Shirley...

im blown up like a balloon..........lol. Went up those 3 pounds I

lost darnit!! How depressing

If it makes you feel better I jumped 4 pounds. As of today those 4

pounds are gone and I'm back where I usually am. I swell when I'm

on my feet alot in the heat. Anyway...bloat isn't Fat-gain. Bloat

is temporary. Sometimes we Bloat as our body is actually losing

fat. It's kinda like the body is trying to replace the fat weight

by holding on to the water weight. So stay the course, drink your

water, try to make non-bloating food choices, don't expect RAPID

weightloss. At this point in OUR weight if we lose a quarter pound

a week we are doing well...and unless you have a great scale it's

hard to measure that quarter pound until it adds up.

Some water benefits.

*It raises your metabolism (especially cold water)

*It hydrates

*It Flushes out water weight gain

*It flushes out toxins

*It makes your skin healthier

*It can hold off hunger

*It aides in Fat metabolism. (In other words your body will release

fat cell eaiser in a hydrated condition and will HOLD on to fat in a

dehydrated state.)

*It has no Calories!!!!!
