Hi Jade,

We went out for dinner last night and Steve had some steak that had been slow cooked for many hours and I had a mouthful and thought omg! I have forgotten just how good that tastes!

So today I went out and bought some gravy beef and baby whole onions and redwine and mushooms and a sachet of something! CAnt remember.. and threw all in slow cooker and I could not wait for dinner... I AM EATING STEAK RIGHT NOW!!! It is so soft and tender.. I cant wait to cook again.. I don't think I am going to say I cant eat red meat again..

Hope all goes well tonight.. try to cook yours for longer but not as high heat.. perhaps that will be softer rather than tougher...

mmm..m going back for more and it's only 5 o'clock..lol!

After a week and a half after having some fill removed and being able to eat solid foods again I have now decided tonight is the night to try steak!!!I know this will probably end in disaster but I just need to find out if I am one of those people who can handle it *prays*. I have not tried it since my second fill in Jan so wish me luck!!!

maybe ring the surgery and tell them how you feel as they can help......everyone

goes through things like that but your not alone everyone wants to help you. i

had a break and then went back and off i went for 35k's down, when its your time

you will do what you need too.
