I went in on a Wednesday and was released on Friday. You will be up and walking the halls the day after surgery. Why didn't you do them both at the same time? One hospital stay, one rehab, one course of pain meds, blood thinner, and muscle relaxer and you don't baby one limb when you have to use both. I didn't eat the entire time I was in the hospital. I just didn't feel hungry. Did I lose weight? Of course not. That would have been too easy. I will add you to my prayer list.
