HIGH lab results on ALT(SGPT) and AST (SGOT)

Hi Friends....

We have had great lab results in the past (October and December) .

Then....

Feb 2004 SGOT 38 H

Mar 2004 SGOT 47 H

APR 2004 SGOT 53 H

SGPT 43 H

ranges are SGOT 0-37

SGPT 0-40

We started Diflucan in Oct 2003, and thought I remember Dr G saying

antifungals can affect liver function. SGPT has never been high

before.

Does anyone know if I should be alarmed at these numbers? I know DR

G saw these results last week (HHV6 result was not yet Final)and I

will ask about it in my update, but just wondered if others have had

this experience and what did DR G do about it?
