Glasses

So my daughter was supposed to have her 4 year old eye and hearing check at her

doctor ,but they weren't able to do it because of her delay and wanted to send

her to a specialist. We go to hearing next week.. We went to the eye doctor to

get her eyes checked out and they do all the little test .. and she has always

had a sort of lazy eye that only comes around about once a day. The eye doctor

told me that she only uses one eye at a time and prefers her right eye. He also

said that he believes that her vision is really bad . He is sending her to a

neuro ophthalmologist but we will not be able to go till November. If she needs

glasses that's fine, but I wonder if she does if that might be some of the

reason for her slight delay. But it is weird to me because she draws very well (

he said she is far sided) and she can point things out that i cant see

sometimes. she gets around fine and names things and doesn't seam to have vision

problems to me.. the eye doctor said that she is probably just used to it which

I can understand because I needed glass myself as a kid . But my vision wasn't

that bad as a kid and he thinks that her vision is horrible ( thats what he

said) just wondering if anyone else has had any issues similar.
