So Im working out and not seeing much in the way of results-

especially in the scale. I have one lady in my class who went down 5%

in body fat and 8 pounds in weight. I went down 0 pounds and only 2%

body fat. Is my body done losing? What the hell? Also- for those of

you who work out, how long until you REALLY saw results? Can my mesh

from my hernia repair make it harder to tone my tummy or am I just

doin something wrong here?

who may not be working out long enough. This lady works out for almost

an hour and a half compared to my 30 minutes. ARGH!
