Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to mention that I recently researched cod liver oil and my health-nut guru mentioned that cod liver oil given to kids should have at least 100 IU of Vitamin D so that all the Vitamin A can be absorbed. A brand like Nordic Naturals is imbalanced and she told me to stop giving it to my kids and use a brand like Blue Ice or Carlsons. They are both available on-line and are very pure, balanced etc. Just wanted to share this because I would only want the cod liver oil to benefit in the best ways. I think its so helpful. Thanks and good luck!
