They apparently worked in and around San as chefs winning several awards and have been featured in Texas Monthly. Definitely, not a Lubbock kind of place. I have yet to eat there, but several friends have. Posts on Raider Alley on Raiderpower.com have been raving about the food. http://www.our1home.com/ Thought you might know these people esp your friend who is in catering.
