Mum is a baker for bakers delight and she was telling me of a new white bread coming out (please continue reading lol) its going to be a white bread with Chia seeds in it. Chia is one of the best seeds to have to help raise vitamin and iron levels. 2 slices of bread will give a child under 13 100% of their fibre, calcium, magnesium, and other vitamin levels i can't spell lol Chia was used back in the Aztec and Mian Indians to eat while they were training, running and building as its great indurance food. Infact thats all they ate during their long runs. I have a web site that tells you more about the Chia bread and thought it was interesting for people to read even if they can't eat the bread or toast but they can make sure thier children get all the fibre, calcium and magnesium they need.
