Guest guest Posted April 7, 2008 Report Share Posted April 7, 2008 This was recently published and explores the discrepancies in the amount of money and outcomes between the states in the last two years a patient's lives. I think you will find no surprise with regards to the states that spent the most money and of course had at most mediocre outcomes. What I think is interesting and here is my theory-is that those states that have the least intensity are states that are more accommodating to ideal medical practices for a variety of reasons.
